HSRS Reaches Milestone In Just Its First Month

HSRS secured its tenth matter in just the first month of 2012, nearly all of which were referred by past and present clients.  These new clients range from one of the world's largest technology companies to individual inventors, and several have elected alternative fee structures.  This early success is a validation of the HSRS team and its flexible billing approach.

James Hopenfeld At SAS Forum

On October 27 and 28, James Hopenfeld spoke at the "SAS Forum on NPE Litigation 2011," a two-day conference on the expanding problem of NPE patent litigation and how to address it. James' talk addressed data on NPE case filings, parties, and litigation venues.

Ben Singer Speaks At EFF

The Electronic Frontier Foundation asked Ben Singer to speak on patent licensing at its recent Patent Boot Camp. The webinar was directed to the app development community that has been targeted by Lodsys for patent infringement.
